We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional, who has sold into multi-hospital systems as well as independent facilities, and has managed complex agreements with long sales cycles (6-12 months). You will leverage your industry expertise to build the sales engine for SwipeSense.

The ideal candidate has experience building a new territory and selling into new growth markets. Sales records include selling technology/software as a service to C-level executives. This is a dynamic leadership position that will be responsible for developing strategic plans and expanding our commercial efforts.

You are responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline to help achieve business objectives, and which is aligned to fiscal year targets set by corporate leadership. You will guide sales relationships from prospect to signature, manage the team, and partner closely with marketing to craft strategies for growth and expansion.


  • Develop, close and manage business with major health care systems, hospital GPOs, and national/regional accounts; including and not limited to hospitals, ALFs, and SNFs.
  • Generate ROI analysis for prospects, leveraging public and private data, to demonstrate financial impact created by SwipeSense
  • Work closely with senior management to reach strategic goals and to provide input into the company’s healthcare strategy.
  • Develop annual sales plan and team budget, analyzing the national market to determine customer needs, trends, and practices
  • Generate and execute on strategies for expansion and growth within enterprise systems.
  • Maintain, analyze, and present sales projections and data.
  • Manage the sales and marketing team; providing coaching and development, and fostering an environment of collaboration.
  • Lead channel partnerships including go-to-market processes.
  • Support promotional campaigns in concert with the Director of Marketing.
  • Manage the contracting process through pricing proposals, preparation of new customer contracts, renewal, expansion and cross sale agreements.
  • Continuously educate the market on the impact of SwipeSense technology and maintain the organization’s position as an industry thought-leader.


  • 8+ years in leading healthcare sales initiatives as a seller and a leader
  • Experience with long sales cycles and SAAS products in healthcare
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead in a complex environment
  • Preferred experience selling a new technology to a market
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Ability to engage and energize internal and external stakeholders
  • Motivated by the opportunity to introduce new technologies to the market
